B-vitamins are important for the skin, bone structure, hair and muscles. They are also very important for the nervous system and especially the brain cells. If you live a stressful life or if you have come of age it is important to supply the body with extra B-vitamins.  This product is also important for pregnant women as B-vitamins contain folic acid which is greatly important for pregnant and for women who plan to get pregnant. For this demographic category National Board of Health and Welfare recommends a daily intake of at least 400 micrograms folic acid, everything in order to give the unborn child best conditions for a healthy and normal foetus growth. 

There are many different types' B-vitamins, and you should of course aim at an optimal daily intake of all of them.
