Sedative and Relaxing Solaray Mega-B-Stress is a wide and well balance B-vitamin complexes that contain all important B-vitamins. Is formulated so that the vitamins C, B1, B2, B3 and B6 are dissolved and takes up in two phases. Already after 20 minutes, 50% ha been assimilated by the body. The up-take continues for 6-8 hours.
