ReturnsReturn of item should take place within 14 days after delivery. This only applies if the item or items are sent back undamaged/unwrapped and carefully packaged. Returns are to be made as a normal package or letter, and not as a postage advance or ‘payment by receiver’ delivery. You stand for the return costs. This does not apply to wrongly delivered items. Upon damage to items take contact with your national postal service and send an e-mail to email@example.com before returning the item.
